Adelino lives with his parents and a brother. His father is a bricklayer and does this activity when he gets a house to build, but he can’t always win construction work; his wife is a peasant farmer who practices subsistence agriculture, and the income is used to support the family. Adelino is a calm, shy, insecure boy who likes to study and always has his homework done. His biggest dream is to become an architect.
